Renewables Ireland offer a range of wind turbines. We anticipate this to be an area of rapid growth for us. All Wind turbines need to be correctly sited and installed in order to achieve maximum efficiency. It is therefore a pre-requisite that we undertake a comprehensive review for all potential customers wishing to invest in wind turbines.
This review begins with a self site survey and is followed through with a telephone conversation.
The site is given a mark out of ten in terms of suitability. Sites with a scoring greater than six will then be visited by one of our assessors. A fully costed quotation can then be compiled and returned to the customer.
VWE is a newly developed 3kw Vertical Wind Axis Turbine. The turbine is currently being tested on Myers Hill, Scotland. We are currently in the process of selecting and erecting 30 BETA test sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
